About This Product
Belt Drives Ltd. Gates poly belt, 1-1/8 inches wide and 128 teeth. The core is Aramid reinforced. It fits XL Sportster models from 1991 to 2003. It also fits 1986 to 2003 XL models with a rear belt conversion kit running a 61-tooth rear pulley. Replaces OEM 40022-91. Check your rear pulley tooth count before ordering. BDL supplies these as standard replacements.
