The assembly is built around a cold-forged, CNC-machined aluminum back plate for rock-solid mounting. It uses the proven Arlen Ness Big Sucker breather system with internal shooter tubes, which keeps the intake area tidy by eliminating external hoses. The synthetic filter element is made in the USA and is designed to be water-resistant and oil-free. This kit fits 2018 to 2024 Softail models, 2017 to 2025 Touring models, and 2017 to 2025 Trikes. Please note it excludes specific 2023 to 2025 CVO and specialized Touring models like the FLHX and FLTRX variants. It provides a perfect balance of weight reduction and high-volume airflow.
