These Athena cylinder head gaskets are engineered for 1937 to 1948 74-inch and 80-inch Big Twin Flatheads and are sold as a pack of five. Made from Athena’s proprietary MotorGasket M0115 material, they feature a central steel layer with aramid fiber and NBR rubber sides for exceptional thermal and mechanical resistance. These 1mm thick gaskets are finished with a blue PTFE coating to ensure a superior seal against oils, fuels, and corrosion. They are a direct replacement for OEM 16769-36. These gaskets are ideal for high-stress applications, providing the durability needed for vintage internal combustion engines while adhering perfectly to the head and cylinder surfaces.
