Athena cylinder head gasket. Fits 1972 to early 1973 XL1000 models. For transition-year 1000cc Sportsters. Bore is 3-3/16 inch. It is 0.5mm thick copper. Copper gives excellent thermal conductivity and a reliable seal on classic Ironhead engines. Maintains compression on vintage Harley-Davidson heads. Direct replacement for OEM 16769-72A. Sold as a set of ten. Part number 980839.
