This Athena cylinder head gasket is a high-quality replacement for 1986 to 1987 XL1100 Sportster models. It features a 3.350-inch bore and is constructed from MotorGasket M0115, a specialized material consisting of a central steel layer with aramid fiber and NBR rubber on the sides. The 1.2mm thick gasket is finished with a blue PTFE coating to ensure a superior seal. Designed to withstand high mechanical and thermal stresses, it is highly resistant to oils, fuels, and corrosion. This gasket serves as a reliable replacement for OEM 16665-86 and is sold as a set of five. It is an excellent choice for engine rebuilds where durability and precise fitment are essential for maintaining compression and preventing leaks.
