For late 1973 to 1985 Sportster XL1000 owners, these Athena cylinder head gaskets offer a premium sealing solution. Sold as a ten-pack, these gaskets feature a 3-3/16 inch bore and a standard 0.75mm thickness. They are manufactured using Athena's MotorGasket M0115 technology, which utilizes a steel core and aramid fibers to handle the intense heat and pressure of the combustion chamber. The blue PTFE coating ensures the gasket adheres well to the head and cylinder surfaces, resisting oils and fuels. These gaskets are a direct replacement for OEM 16769-73 and 16769-73T, providing the mechanical resilience needed to keep your 1000cc Ironhead running strong without leaks.
