The Nelson-Rigg Hurricane 2.0 is a versatile 30-liter bag that functions as both a backpack and a tail pack. It is 100% waterproof, featuring heat-welded seams and a durable PVC Tarpaulin construction. When used as a tail pack, the padded backpack straps tuck away into a dedicated compartment, and the bag secures to your bike using the Rigg Strap system. It includes an inner sleeve for tablets or laptops up to 15 inches, a front MOLLE panel with a waterproof document pocket, and a side pocket large enough for a 30-ounce bottle. A purge valve makes compression easy, and the sectionalized back panel ensures good airflow when you're wearing it. This universal pack is perfect for commuters and adventure riders alike.
