About This Product
Colony flathead allen bolt, 1/4-28 thread by one and a quarter inch long, stainless steel, Grade 5. The fine thread pitch gives good clamping load in aluminium castings. The countersunk head sits flush. This length works for thicker brackets, sprocket covers, or spacers where a three-quarter inch bolt falls short. Stainless resists corrosion better than standard zinc plate. Torque to spec and do not over-tighten; fine threads strip out easily. Sold in packs of ten.
