EBC main jet for Mikuni N102-221. Size 157.5. A-BAX Precision Engineering makes these. They replace the N102-221 style jet. Fitment covers HS40, HSR42, HSR45 and HSR48 series carbs. Also fits BSR, BN38, BN44 and several BN-I series variants. Sold as a pack of four. Keep spares in your tuning kit. You will need them if you change altitude or exhaust.
