This genuine Mikuni accelerator pump plunger is an internal component for HSR series carburetors, commonly found on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The plunger is responsible for physically displacing fuel through the accelerator circuit when the throttle is opened quickly, providing the necessary enrichment to prevent engine bogging.
