This Zodiac pop-up gas cap assembly offers a flush-mount solution for custom Harley-Davidson fuel tanks. The kit consists of a 55mm vented aluminum cap in a natural finish and a 59mm steel weld-in bung. The natural aluminum finish allows builders to polish, paint, or plate the cap to match the specific theme of their motorcycle. Its pop-up mechanism is activated by a simple push and twist, providing a clean, aerodynamic profile when closed. By welding the steel bung directly into the tank, fabricators can achieve a seamless transition between the tank body and the fuel filler. This vented hardware is essential for maintaining proper tank pressure on custom-built machines.
