Zodiac rear wheel belt pulley replaces OEM 40227-00. It fits Sportster models. This is a direct bolt-on replacement. It matches factory specifications and keeps the belt tracking straight. Inspect your old pulley for worn teeth or flange damage before fitting. Torque the bolts to spec and align the belt on the rear stand. Recheck tension after the first fifty miles.
