Constructed from SAE 1010 mild steel and bonded with an anti-wick silicone rubber coating, they are designed to micro-seal aluminum castings without cracking or creeping. These gaskets, which replace OEM 17976-04, feature specialized silicone beading around the bore and perimeter to maintain torque even at high temperatures. They are perfect for both stock and high-performance Sportster builds where reliability is non-negotiable. Plus, the release coating makes future disassembly much easier, preventing the need for tedious scraping.
