About This Product
This is the Mikuni HS40 needle valve assembly. It controls fuel flow into the float bowl on the 40mm SmoothBore carburettor and maintains the correct fuel level. A worn needle valve causes overflow past the seal or a lean condition when the level drops. The assembly has precision-ground surfaces and durable seals. This genuine Mikuni part withstands modern fuel additives. Fit it during a carburettor rebuild.
