About This Product
This Mikuni HSR pilot jet is size #25. It feeds the idle and low-speed circuit on HSR42, HSR45 and HSR48 carburettors. These are common on Harley-Davidson Evolution and Twin Cam motors. It controls mixture from idle up to roughly one-quarter throttle. Use it when you are dialling in the low-speed jetting. Mikuni machines them to a tight tolerance so flow rates stay consistent across sizes.
