About This Product
Compu-Fire Gen III starter clutch. It replaces the clutch in Zodiac units ZPN234172 and ZPN742340. It handles the torque from Gen III permanent magnet starter motors. Those motors use Neodymium Rare Earth magnets. The clutch maintains the 6:1 gear ratio efficiency needed to turn over large-displacement V-twins. Fit this to restore dependable starting on a Compu-Fire equipped Harley-Davidson.
