About This Product
This Zodiac off-set front sprocket is designed for Sportster models transitioning to a chain drive or requiring additional clearance for wider rear tires. Providing a 3/16-inch (5mm) offset, it helps move the 530 series chain outward to prevent contact with the tire sidewall while offering expanded gearing options for custom tuning. The sprocket is a direct replacement for OEM 40392-81 and is essential for maintaining proper driveline alignment when using wider wheel setups. It is typically used in conjunction with rear sprocket spacers to ensure the chain runs true between the transmission and the rear wheel.
