About This Product
Built for riders who demand more from their drivetrain, these Andrews 5-speed transmission gears are engineered for maximum durability. Each gear is made from a high nickel alloy and is shot-peened and heat-treated to resist the pitting and wear common in high-mileage transmissions. The inclusion of machined lead-in ramps helps the drive dogs engage more positively, resulting in crisper shifts and a longer service life for the drive slots. This gear is a direct replacement for OEM 35626-79B and fits Dyna, FXR, Softail, and Touring models. While originally intended for earlier models, these can be retrofitted to 1995–2006 models and 1994 European models if you replace the corresponding gears on both the mainshaft and countershaft together.
