Fit this when the bike hesitates off idle or shows a flat spot on throttle opening. The parts match S&S original dimensions. Strip the float bowl, remove the old diaphragm, and fit the new assembly. Adjust the pump stroke if needed. It is a small job that cures a common S&S carburetor fault.
