About This Product
This S&S Cycle accelerator pump diaphragm is a critical replacement component for both Super E and Super G shorty carburetors. The diaphragm is responsible for providing the initial shot of fuel required during rapid throttle opening to prevent hesitation. Over time, the flexible material can stiffen or tear, leading to poor acceleration and flat spots in the powerband. Manufactured by S&S Cycle to exact specifications, this part ensures a perfect fit within the pump housing of 1 7/8-inch and 2 1/16-inch throat carburetors.
