This European-made Zodiac Sportail frame allows for the construction of a custom Sportster with a massive 250-series rear tire. Constructed from thick-wall tubing and TIG-welded for superior strength, it features a 38-degree rake to achieve a stretched Low-Rider profile. The design accommodates Ironhead or Evolution Sportster engines and is engineered to accept Softail-style components, including flat-side tanks and forward controls. Because of the wide rear section, it requires a specific oil tank and a 135-tooth drive belt. This frame provides a robust foundation for builders seeking a wide-tire aesthetic without compromising road holding.
