About This Product
Andrews gear for 5-speed Sportster transmission. Fits 1991 through 2005, including RS and tube frame models. Replaces OEM 35771-89. High nickel alloy, heat-treated and shot-peened. The 1991 through 1993 gears often fit 1994 through 2005 boxes if you pair them with the matching speed gear on the opposite shaft. Machined lead-in ramps help the dogs engage and save wear on the slots.
