Badlands Load Equalizer for Harley-Davidsons fitted with self-cancelling turn signal modules. Fit this when you switch to aftermarket marker lights. It returns amperage draw to factory spec so the internal electronics function correctly and the indicators do not hyper-flash. A built-in thermostat manages heat. You keep emergency flasher capability. Badlands specify road use only. Stationary parade operation causes heat buildup.
