About This Product
Zodiac compensating sprocket shaft extension. It fits 1970 through 1984 Big Twin, FX, FXR and Touring models and replaces OEM 40375-70. This is the extension the compensating sprocket assembly runs on in Shovelhead and early Evolution primaries. After years of use the original can wear and let the primary chain run noisy or out of line. This one gives the sliding cam and sprocket nut a proper foundation again. Fit it during a primary rebuild or when you are chasing drivetrain noise.
