About This Product
Barnett C08 clutch cable fits 1987 to 1994 FXR models. It replaces OEM part number 38606-87A. The cable restores smooth clutch pull and withstands daily use. Check the primary cover adjuster and the handlebar lever free play after installation. Route the cable clear of the frame backbone and front exhaust pipe to prevent chafing. Set the free play to about a sixteenth of an inch at the lever.
