700514 Fits Sportster Buell 1991 2003

If you've ever tried to adjust pushrods on a five-speed Sportster or Buell, you know the headache of having to pull the heads just to get the one-piece covers off. This Zipper’s conversion kit is the proper fix, allowing you to run earlier style telescoping covers for easy access. For 1991 to 2003 Sportster and tube-frame Buell engines, the kit features two Siamese-style billet aluminum bases and special seals to replace the stock lower retainers. If you're running a 2004 to 2022 XL or XR 1200, it’s designed to work right with your OEM lifter bases. Every kit comes with full-length chrome-plated telescoping covers, making future tuning or maintenance a breeze without tearing the top end apart. It fits Sportster, tube-frame Buell, and XB models.
