Hooker Headers mandrel J or U bend. 16-gauge mild steel. 180-degree radius. Mandrel bending keeps the tube round and the bore constant through the arc. That means no crimping and no wrinkles on the inside wall. The surface is clean and ready to weld. Cut and section it to build custom headers or tailpipes on your Harley. Use it to clear frame rails, oil tanks or foot controls.
