Hooker Headers mandrel bends for custom Harley-Davidson exhaust work. These are 16-gauge steel. Mandrel bending keeps the tube diameter constant through the curve. You avoid the crimped throats that choke flow in a hand-bent pipe. Cut and weld them into upswept pipes or 2-into-1 systems. The steel takes a weld cleanly. Lay out your routing and tack them up.
