About This Product
Accel solid-state rectifier and regulator. It replaces OEM 74523-91 on Harley-Davidson Sportster models. This is a direct replacement for the stock unit. Solid-state construction gives consistent voltage to the battery. It protects the electrical system from spikes and prevents unexpected breakdowns. The Sportster primary and engine area run hot and shake hard. This unit stands up to that. Fit it as a straightforward replacement. It keeps the charging circuit working as it should.
