About This Product
This heavy-duty trap door is engineered specifically for high-performance Harley-Davidson Big Twin 5-speed and 6-speed transmissions. CNC machined from solid billet aluminum in Europe, it features oversized bearings designed to withstand the increased loads generated by high-torque engines or sidecar applications. By providing a more rigid support structure for the transmission shafts, it helps extend the life of gears and bearings. This Zodiac component is a direct bolt-on replacement for the original equipment trap door and comes with the bearings pre-installed for a straightforward installation process.
