About This Product
James Gaskets exhaust stud kit fits Shovelhead Big Twin and Touring models. The kit includes two short studs for early cylinder heads and two long studs for later heads. You also get two Firering exhaust gaskets and two chrome acorn nuts. Use this when you pull the pipes and find stripped or corroded studs. The Firering gaskets crush to seal the port. Run the studs in finger-tight, then seat the gaskets and nip the nuts down evenly. Do not overtighten the acorns or you will gall the threads.
