About This Product
Samwel Supplies old-style steering damper for Springer forks. This is the lever-operated unit used from 1936 to 1957. It fits 45ci solo models, Servi-Cars, and 1941–1948 XA models running original Springer forks. It replaces OEM 46701-40. Tighten the lever and it takes the whip out of the front end. It helps at speed or in sidecar use. Fit one to steady the forks.
