About This Product
AV&V manganese bronze valve guides are engineered for performance Harley-Davidson applications where heat management and durability are paramount. The CNC-machined alloy construction enables tighter tolerances, reducing mechanical noise and improving overall engine efficiency. To ensure a leak-free seal, each guide is equipped with a high-temperature Viton O-ring. The tapered and radiused nose is designed to enhance intake and exhaust flow while simplifying the press-fit process. A unique Super Grip section provides a reliable mounting surface for either OEM or Viton valve seals. These guides come with an unfinished inner diameter, allowing builders to achieve a custom fit through final reaming or honing.
