18691-02 Extreme Duty Valves

Built for durability, these AV&V Extreme Duty valves are one-piece forged from high-strength racing-grade stainless steel. The liquid nitriding process gives them a black nitride coating, making them significantly smoother and more wear-resistant than standard valves. The stems are centerless ground to a micro finish, ensuring minimal friction within the guide. A 45-degree angle below the lock groove is incorporated to facilitate the installation of valve seals, protecting the seal during assembly. These valves are a high-quality replacement for OEM number 18691-02.
