The Gen II 2-into-1 exhaust system from Two Brothers Racing brings a classic megaphone style to Sportster models. Constructed from race-inspired stainless steel, this system is designed to shave weight and deliver maximum torque. The headers flow from 1 3/4-inch tubing into a 1 7/8-inch step before entering the spring-retained collector. The exhaust exits through a 4-inch diameter muffler featuring a welded-on reverse cone for a timeless performance aesthetic. It includes O2 bungs to accommodate both stock and 18mm sensors, ensuring compatibility with various tuning setups. This handcrafted system provides a weather-resistant finish and an incredible sound that truly brings the Sportster engine to life.
