About This Product
Removing or securing the pinion gear nut requires a specific fit to avoid rounding off hardware, and this dedicated socket is built for exactly that. It fits 1964–1965 Panheads, 1966–1984 Shovelheads, and 1984–1999 Evolution Big Twins across the Dyna, Softail, and Touring ranges. Designed to be used with a standard 1/2" hand drive, this tool is the equivalent of OEM 94555-55A. Whether you are performing a full engine teardown or just a cam chest service, having the right socket for the pinion shaft ensures you can apply the correct torque safely and efficiently without damaging your internal components.
