About This Product
This Daytona front brake master cylinder repair kit replaces OEM 42809-04 on Sportster models. It includes all internal components for a full rebuild of a stock-style front master cylinder. The parts work with DOT 3, DOT 4, or DOT 5 fluid. Do not mix fluid types. Check the bore size stamped on the underside of your master cylinder before ordering. A soft lever usually means the seals are gone. Fit this kit and the pressure will return.
