By altering the lever ratio, it makes engaging gears and finding neutral roughly 20% easier than the stock setup. This is particularly noticeable in stop-and-go traffic where constant shifting can become a literal pain. It provides a more positive feel at the shifter peg and reduces the physical effort needed to move through the gearbox, making your ride significantly more relaxed and enjoyable without requiring a full transmission teardown.
