This swingarm isolator is a crucial component for maintaining the smooth ride and predictable handling of 1982 to 1986 FXR and FLH/FLT Touring models. Over time, these rubber mounts degrade and harden, leading to increased vibration and poor tracking in corners. Replacing your old, compressed isolators with this V-Twin part, which replaces OEM 47564-82, will significantly improve the chassis feel of your early rubber-mount Harley. It is sold individually, though we usually recommend checking both sides of the swingarm mount during a rebuild to ensure consistent performance. This is a high-quality replacement part that helps keep your classic FXR or Touring bike feeling tight and responsive on the road.
