About This Product
This outer primary cover from V-Twin is a versatile component for classic Big Twin owners. Based on the 1970 to 1984 design, it is ready to be retrofitted onto 1965 to 1969 FL and FLH models. For those running 1970 to 1984 FL 4-speed models, the cover features a partially drilled ninth hole that simply needs to be finished for a perfect fit. It is designed to accept 1970 to 1998 style 3-hole derby covers, inspection covers, and standard hardware, making it a great choice for both restorations and custom builds. Replacing OEM 60508-65, this cover provides a clean, factory look for your Panhead or Shovelhead primary drive. It fits Big Twin, FX, Softail, and Touring models.
