Colony inner primary tool for vintage 45CI models. It fits 1939–1973 45CI Solo and Servi-Car models. You use it to remove and install the OEM 60648-39 primary plugs. The correct tool stops you from marring the finish or stripping the threads on the tinware. It is a simple bit of kit that makes primary service on these old Sidevalves far easier. Designed for use with OEM 60648-39.
