Master cylinders from Kustom Tech, Performance Machine, and Emgo — billet show-quality through to OEM-replacement units for Sportster, Dyna, Softail, and Touring. 1-inch and 7/8-inch bar diameters, single and dual-disc configurations. The master is the heart of the brake system — converts lever pressure into hydraulic force, and the bore size has to match caliper piston area for proper feel. Wrong bore gives soft lever or zero modulation, regardless of pad and line quality.
