About This Product
Samwel plain steel weld-on fishtail end for 45-inch Flathead exhaust builds. This replicates OEM 1044-40M. The internal diameter is 1-5/8 inches. It welds directly to the exhaust pipe and slips over the muffler pipe outside diameter. The raw steel finish lets you paint, chrome, or coat the whole system after fabrication. You will need to weld this on. It gives the correct period fishtail look to vintage Flathead projects.
