Samwel spring collar for all Linkert carburettors. Replaces OEM 27345-27. It locates the spring in the internal valve or linkage assembly. These get lost on the bench or wear sloppy after decades of use. Fit a fresh one when you have the carburettor apart to keep the action tight. It is a small part but it matters.
