About This Product
This friction ball is a small but necessary component for the air intake stop lever on all Linkert carburetors. It provides the tactile detent and resistance needed to hold the lever in position during operation. These balls are sold as a set of ten, ensuring you have replacements ready for these easily lost parts. They are a direct replacement for OEM numbers 27406-26 and 1297-26. Fitment is universal for all Harley-Davidson models from 1926 to 1965, as well as 1932 to 1957 Servi-Car models. For a complete repair, be sure to check your friction ball spring as well to ensure the choke mechanism operates smoothly and stays exactly where you set it during cold starts.
