Samwel brake lever bracket clamp screw. Fits 1928 to 1940 45" models. For the early style brake assembly. This screw clamps the lever bracket to the handlebar. It provides the clamping load to stop the controls rotating. Use the correct fastener for the year range. Torque it properly.
