About This Product
These S&S valve guides are made from durable cast iron and are designed for overhead valve engines, specifically Knucklehead Big Twins. They feature a smaller upper diameter than stock guides to allow for the installation of S&S high-lift valve springs without interference. Cast iron is chosen for its excellent wear characteristics and heat dissipation properties in vintage engine applications. These guides provide a stable path for the valves, ensuring proper seating and sealing. S&S continues to support classic Harley-Davidson engines with these specialized components.
