This Bare Knuckle Performance Narrow Glide triple tree kit is the perfect foundation for building a traditional-width front end on 1987 to 1999 Big Twin and XL Sportster models equipped with 41mm fork tubes. These trees maintain the stock 7-inch center-to-center distance and come finished in a durable gloss black powder coat. The kit is comprehensive, featuring a steering stem, tapered flange washer, and a high-quality ARP stem bolt. It is pre-drilled for a 3/8-inch headlamp bolt and standard 1/2-inch riser bolts with 3.5-inch spacing. Also included is a polished 17-4 stainless steel wheel axle, which offers incredible strength and corrosion resistance, complete with a 12-point nut and e-ring. Ensure the axle is perfectly clean and coated with the provided anti-seize before installation to maintain the integrity of the threads.
