About This Product
S&S yellow-coded pinion shaft gear kit for 1954 to 1965 Panhead and 1966 to early 1977 Shovelhead engines. The yellow gear is one step larger than brown. It includes all pinion shaft components. Use it for scratch builds or total rebuilds. Run it with a 1973 to 1999 style oil pump driven gear, OEM 26345-73. Fitting it to a 1954 to 1972 engine raises oil pump RPM by 25%. Sold as a kit.
