About This Product
The S&S Super E carburetor is the gold standard for performance and reliability on Harley-Davidson engines. This kit is specifically tailored for 1957 to 1978 Ironhead Sportsters with O-ring style heads. The Super E features a 1 7/8-inch throat that works perfectly on everything from stock 883s to highly modified 1000cc engines. The kit is sold as a complete package, including the carb, teardrop air cleaner, manifold, and all mounting hardware. It is famous for being easy to tune and providing excellent throttle response. For later 1978 to 1985 Sportsters, you can still use this kit by simply adding a set of adapter rings.
